Radiographs and Surgical Procedures will be referred to the clinic of your choice. If you do not presently have a primary veterinarian, Dr. Perkins will refer you to a clinic in your area.

Payment Policy:

Payments may be made by cash, check or PayPal. Payment is expected when services are rendered. The Housecall Vet, LLC will provide a written estimate prior to your appointment, however if more services are performed, additional fees will apply. If you choose to use PayPal, an email invoice will be sent to you after the appointment, and you will be expected to pay the balance within 24 hours.
